Intentional Acts of Kindness — #18
Giving What You Can, When You Can
Our 18th Act of Kindness comes from John Robert Wall, a senior at Mascoutah High School.
John is thoughtful and motivated, involved in FBLA, Beta Club, and Speech & Debate. Through the Silver Creek Area CEO program, he’s focused on building relationships, gaining knowledge, and growing into the kind of business leader who leads with purpose and intention.
For his act of kindness, John chose something simple and meaningful. He donated clothing to Savers—items that were still in great condition but no longer needed by him.
John shared that he recognizes how fortunate he is to have nice clothing, and he wanted to do his part to help others who may not have the same access. By passing along what he no longer needed, he hoped to provide something useful to someone else in the community.
This act reminds us that kindness doesn’t always require a grand gesture. Sometimes it’s about awareness, gratitude, and choosing to share what we’ve been given so someone else can benefit.
We’re proud of John for leading with humility and generosity, and for showing how small, intentional choices can make a real difference. ❤️
