Aside from Frost Fest, our students have been spending the last few weeks meeting with mentors through intentional speed connecting sessions. These short, focused conversations are designed to help students and mentors get to know one another, ask meaningful questions, and begin building strong relationships. The energy has been incredible, and the growth we’re already seeing is powerful.

Our mentors generously give just 90 minutes a month to support our students!
What makes this group so special is that there’s no single “right” background.

Our students learn best from a variety of experiences. What matters most is mindset:
• A heart for encouragement
• A willingness to ask thoughtful questions that guide students (not just give answers)
• A genuine desire to make a difference

What mentoring looks like in our program:
• One morning class meeting per month
• Attending the Trade Show at the end of the year
• Communicating with students between meetings
– Asking and answering questions
– Responding to weekly student journals

We are incredibly grateful for the time, wisdom, and encouragement our mentors pour into our students—it truly makes an impact. ❤️
