Every CEO day looks a little different, and today was no exception.
As students arrived this morning, they were given a simple instruction: “Go grab something random from your car.” No explanation, no hints. Just trust the process.
What came back into the room was a collection of surprises—amongst those—a ski mask, a leaf blower, sporting equipment, blankets and towels, pepper spray, sunscreen, a lamp, and even a 21k gold ring. And then the challenge was revealed: each student had to deliver a persuasive pitch for their item…completely impromptu.
One by one, they stood up, stretched their creativity, and worked to convince their peers why their object was the most valuable, most useful, or most essential. Laughter filled the room, but so did growth—students learning the art of speaking with confidence, presence, and conviction.
And then came the standout moment. With intensity and passion, Sadeem Alqadi delivered a pitch that stole the show for her 21K gold ring! No question about it—we had a clear winner!
Days like today remind us that CEO isn’t just about business. It’s about courage, creativity, and discovering a voice you didn’t know you had.
Congratulations, Sadeem—you Impressed us all! 👏
