One of the very first principles we discussed in CEO was “Producing The Wow.” It’s a cornerstone philosophy of Craig Lindvahl (the founder of CEO). This Includes intentional actions like:

-Mastering the handshake
-Professionalism and presentation
-Meaningful communication

Meet Audra. She’s one of our O’Fallon High School CEO students. At the start of the year, Audra was shy, reserved, and even worried about whether she could succeed in a program so far outside her comfort zone.

Fast forward just three weeks—tonight was OTHS’s meet and greet for parents and students. As a late request, today in class I asked if any student wanted to join me in sharing about our program tonight. Without hesitation, Audra volunteered. She showed up early, jumped right in, and spoke with confidence to parents and students alike.

I stood back in awe as she shared her journey—how CEO has boosted her confidence, taught her so much, has already helped her make business connections, and how much fun she’s having along the way.

Craig Lindvahl’s mantra was, “Who will be better because of what I do today?”

Well, Miss Audra… as your facilitator, I know I am better because of you. And so are all the people who had the joy of hearing from you tonight.

You produced the WOW tonight! So proud of you!
