This morning, our CEO students took an even deeper dive into what makes each of us unique—our strengths, our shared traits, and the differences that make our team stronger.

Using the DISC personality assessment, we explored how different personality styles can complement one another. Today’s exercises highlighted just how powerful both our likenesses and our differences can be when we work together. The result? Eye-opening, energizing, and a whole lot of fun!
