Start Your Application
When applications open, you’ll get a text with a direct link. Our blind review hides names and personal details, so selection is based on your potential and interest. The application is a simple 6-step process.

Submit Before The Application Window Closes
Late submissions won’t be considered. Submit a 150-word personal narrative on why you want to be a part of CEO, complete a character survey, provide the required character references (set by your program), and obtain parent/guardian approval.

Hello, my name is Audra Johnson and I am a current senior at O’Fallon Township Highschool. Being a part of the Marching Panthers, FOR Club, OTHS Track Lady Panthers, and the National Honors Society have taught me the importance of working hard for what you want in life. I’m very passionate about traveling, music, and the environment. My goals for this year under the CEO program are becoming more open-minded and learning more about what the business world entails.
